(Indianapolis) The Indiana Invaders host their eighth season of national class racing focused on USA National Qualifying Standards.  May 21st at sundown the action on the track begins.  All late May and early June dates of high performance racing will be held on the Famed Carroll Stadium's Magic Mondo surface. The series focuses on middle distance events, 800 and 1500 meters with the inclussion of 400 meter and 3000 meters steeplechase races on selected dates.

Specific meet information and instructions with regular weekly up-dates are now posted at American Milers Club.  Saturday, May 21st athlete entry lists and the competition schedule is now finalized.

Race opportunities are specifically designed to serve athletes seeking national and international level qualifying marks.  The featured race of the evening will be the men's 1500 with six athletes in the field having bettered a sub-4 minute mile or the 1500 meter equivalent.

Meet Director, Greg Harger said, "Our festival of fast times looks to continue with more early entries for the June dates than in any year in the past and by all accounts we are looking at modest growth in participation with a record number of entries for our May date".  Harger added, "Once again we look forward to making fast track conditions available to national class high performance athletes in a critical time window prior to USA Indoor & Outdoor Nationals".
