The American Milers Club is dedicated to the pursuit of excellence, the support of America's middle distance and distance athletes, and the development of future elite middle distance and distance athletes from around the country. The AMC High Performance Series is produced, managed and hosted by the Indiana Invaders a USA Track & Field Elite Development Team. The AMC HP Series helps provide prospective U.S. Championship Qualifying level athletes the opportunity to race in a semi-controlled environment conducive to fast racing and great performances.

The AMC HP Series, hosted annually and now in it's tenth year takes place at I.U.P.U.I.'s Michael A. Carroll Stadium which was partially renovated in 2012. HP middle and long distance races are generally held during the first two weeks of June and take place in the late evening which history supports is the prime time frame for ideal weather conditions and fast performances.
