(Indianapolis, IN) The Indiana Invaders are making final preparations for their 10th season of hosting national class racing in the American Milers Club High Performance Series. The primary focus of the series is on National & International Qualifying Standards.  The race series, with competition opportunities from 400 meters through 10,000 meters, features a highlighted June emphasis on the 800 and 1500 meter distances with a special day for the 3,000 meter Steeplechase. High level racing is set for June 8, 12 and 15 in the lead up to the USA National Outdoor Championships.

The series will highlight three pressure packed June days of Last Chance qualifying for the USA National Outdoor Championships. The races and race environments are specifically designed to serve athletes seeking national and international level qualifying marks.

New for the 2013 series will be a focus on two elements. First, new opportunities for emerging national class athletes will be added to the race sections offered. Secondly, the initial process of growing the event into a spectator experience will begin with the June race dates.

Specific meet information, instructions and entry lists with regular weekly up-dates will be posted at American Milers Club.

Coach Greg Harger said, "Once again we look forward to making fast track conditions available to national class high performance athletes in a critical time window for the 2013 Track & Field season. Regularly just hundredths of a second typically separate top finishers in our series' featured races which for pure spectating yields great excitment". Harger added, "Two new points of emphasis for us in 2013 should be notable as we are working to begin growing the event experience for spectators and to offer new opportunities for emerging national class athletes".
