(Indianapolis) Fast international fields are finalizing for the American Milers Club High Performance Series as the Indiana Invaders host their 12th season of national class racing focused on USA National Championship Qualifying Standards.  The series focuses daily on middle distance events, 800 and 1500 meters with featured 3000 meter steeplechase races on the final day.  The evening of Friday, June 12th kicks off the first of two fast and furious race dates set in the evenings on June 12 & 14.

All competition dates of high performance racing are held on the Famed Carroll Stadium's Magic Mondo surface. Featured competition begins 9:30 PM each evening.

Specific meet information and instructions with regular up-dates are now posting at American Milers Club.  Competing athletes will be listed on master entry lists by Wednesday. Current notable entry lists for women's and men's fields are personal bests of 2:03 & 1:46 at 800 meters, 4:15 & 3:38 at 1500 meters and 9:53 & 8:32 respectively for the 3000 meter steeplechase.

Meet Director, Greg Harger said, "Our annual PR-Fest of fast times is looking to once again serve the numerous athletes looking for break-through marks along with those looking to save their season due to slow starts for whatever reason. These June races are shaping up again to produce a high percentage number of Season Best & Life-Time Best efforts by participating athletes".  Harger added, "This is racing at its very best as each night these national class athletes post results that will alter USA National Championship entry lists with the action culminating on the final day likely determining the final qualifiers in the 800, 1500 and 3000 meter Steeplechase races.  As of today's date we can expect at least 10 or more race entries sporting "Sub-4 minute miler PRs" for the series. We are likely to see something special in the 1500 meter "Metric Mile" and with that said, we annually often see the best performances of the series in the Steeple or the 800 meter races which have equally talented fields of competition"!
